Bluegrass playlist is put on random.  Songs are typically 2 1/2 minutes long.  Some are shorter.  Some aint.  Do called exercise until song is over.  Use selected coupon when prescribed, rotate coupon to Pax beside you when done.  Coupons are:  2 blocks, 2 rocks, 1 hunk of street

Dear Dairy:

  • Fur realz, I was hungry as a mo’fo.  Left at 5:00 for my son’s bball practice.  Got home at 7:20.  Grabbed a few pieces of broccoli.  Listened to 2.3 read his book.  Changed.  Off to the best Monday night AO in F3 Nation.
  • SoCal provides a completely different experience than all the other AM workouts.  Lots of fun.
  • Poor Snips had the unfortunate luck of using a block for both calls for Curls.
    • apparently too many curls can lead to Gator Arms.  Funny story, 2 – stroke
  • Speaking of 2 Stroke.  The dude got bored w/ just Plain ole Merkins and decided to throw in some one handed ones and/or some clapping merkins.  That’s impressive sir.
    • Speaking of 2 Stroke, dude is about a Buck 0 5.   YHC would like to think that he could do those if he weighted that much too…..YHC is most likely incorrect.
  • Panda aint skeered to post in full on cotton cargo pants.  Good thing we didn’t mosey eh?  Or maybe that’s your schtick?  Me?  I don’t do the pants.
  • Castaway is not a fan of American Hammer w/ a block.
    • Note to self:  more American Hammers in Granite for my next Q.
  • Of all these exercises called, pretty sure that Monkey Humpers are the worst to do for 2 1/2 minutes straight.  Seriously, try it.  I couldn’t do it.
  • Note to self:  do not post at ER and think you’ll be ok to Q a workout later that day.  YHC was purt tired after that day.
  • I must admit, this playlist is good stuff.  Where else can you get a good workout AND listen to the classics:  Johnny Cash, Charlie Daniels, Bill Monroe, Ralph Stanley, Flatt & Scruggs, Jerry Reed?
