QIC:  Beaker

In typical fashion WS had a lack of pax members.  TF and I still enjoyed ourselves immensely.  You all missed out on one of the most challenging workouts ever.  Not really.  Here’s what we did:

Some warmups – SSH, Humpys and ATT all IC

Ran a lap of the parking lot

Two exercises and then we ran another lap

Repeated this for 6 laps

Closed with some ab work

Let it be known that we did do some burpees.  All I’ll say is more than one.  We did not do the COT or WOD as we made an executive decision to finish the workout at Windy City Grill where their famous BEC sandwich was the item of choice.  Missed our fellow WS brothers but not too much.  We had a blast.
