QIC:  Sleeper

 

8 Pax joined YHC for a tough Monday ER. There was no sleepwalking through this workout. Here’s how it went down.

 

Warm-O-Rama

 

SSH 15 IC

Humpy’s 10 IC

Slow Squats 10 IC

 

The Thang

 

Three laps of the following:

  • Run to 1st Pres for 25 calf raises on the front steps.
  • Run to the bottom of Cemetery Hill and pick up two coupons. Run to the top of the hill for 25 deep merkins using the coupons. Come back down Cemetery Hill and drop off the coupons.
  • Run to the top of Hospital Hill and do 25 LBC’s.
  • Run the stairs to the top of the parking deck and finish with 10 burpey’s.
  • Back down to the flag, rinse and repeat.

Moleskin

No extra credit for the top half of the PAX that ran the entire parking deck on lap 1. I was however impressed by how quickly you caught back up with the rest of us.

During the second lap, after ascending Cemetery Hill with a paving stone in each hand, Puplix was solicited by an old lady for a smoke. What on earth gave her the idea, “Maybe this guys go a pack of Camels in those running shorts.” This was a very confusing moment for YHC, but Publix handled the situation like a true gentleman.
