Hemi= “In Between” because it is placed in Hudson so it is between Lenoir and Granite Falls. It is a lightly attended AO but one that can be fun, none the less. We gave it a go Friday and this is how it went.

Mosey to short wall- back at Hudson MIddle- our arms needing a little shaking out by now. We pause at wall for a little leg fun:

Now our legs led a little shaking out, so we Mosey to Wall in front of the gym and Partner back up for Partner climb wall squats.
Partner 1 faces wall, partner 2 faces away from wall, both back to back about 2 feet from wall. Lock arms and partner 2 climbs wall and partner 1 does squats

Religious leaders felt that being a descendant of Abraham was a free pass. John reminded them that Repentance was also necessary as well as loving their neighbor.
We then took prayer requests passing school bus drivers and each other and prayed for them all.
