On this beautiful 300 AO morning something spectacular is about to happen. First we must warmup with some side-straddle hops, Abe Vigoda’s, and Humpees (all 15 ic). Now time to introduce the S.P.A.R.T.A.N.S.

Starting in the front of “The home of the Spartans”, the Pax must perform 5 seal burpees. After completion head left around the building to the balcony. On the balcony do 10 Peter Parker push ups, each leg. Continuing left, travel below the band entrance for 10 Australian Mt Climbers, each leg. Head on around and stop for some RBC’s, Toe touch crunches, and American hammers (all 10 reps). Continue left to the next balcony for 15 Narrow squats and finally finishing with 25 Seal straddle hops. This completes one lap around the building. Complete as many laps as possible until time is up.
