YHC was up at 4am this morning excited about his Hurler Q. Rolling in to Granite Falls, the excitement appeared one-sided. It was YHC and Paula Deen sharing feelings until 5:28. Where was everybody? However, 6 PAX eventually came out and went kinda like this:

We then ran around town, approx. 2.5 miles, and stopped three times for a 5 Alarm burnout. Completed 20 of each of the following exercises for a total of 100 reps at each station-
