The Thang:

Mosey to HCAM or whatever it’s called for a little rinse and repeat AMRAP (15 body weight rows, 20 merkins, and 25 Squats) and rinse and repeat

Mosey up 127 hill to road near Panera Bread to the construction site with all the rocks for (40 curls, 30 OP, and 30 bent over rows)

Mosey back to LR track to see who the fastest man in Hickory is.  We ran a 100M, 200M, 400M, and 800 M with some exercises in between (15 partner derkins, Abs-LBCs, RBCs, and Flamer sit-ups)

At the end of the morning we had about 3.3 miles.  Oh yeah and last minute I threw in some Flamer burpees, just cause.

Moleskin:

So the run started off in an absolute downpour, hence the title, Sheet Erosion. (Ask Powder what that means). I could barely see directly in front of me and every step felt like we were running through a creek.  I saw the size of some of the rocks the guys picked out and could barely hold in my laughter (come on guys really..this isn’t FIA).  I have soccer arms and my rock was three times your size, TWSS).  So after a exercise, I made guys rotate their rocks and I ended up with the smallest one for bent over rows (laughter busted out at that point…awkward for the guy who picked that rock.  Unofficially, Phlegm is the fastest man in Hickory…Sooner got smoked but officially Root is the fastest man in Hickory finishing first in the 100 M.  It’s settled then!  Welcome back Billie Jean!
