QIC:  Powder

Hot and humid was what it felt like outside but 16 PAX showed up ready to go. YHC wanted to see if he could do a whole workout without leaving the square and this is what he came up with:

Warm Up-

Windmills, IST, ATT, Arm Circles (IC X15)

Curb Merkins (OYO 40 =10/ side), Step Ups (IC X15), Tricep Dips (IC X15)

 

The Thang-

Partner up, Partner 1 runs to end of sails while P 2 does exercise AMRAP

P1 Run 5 Seal Burpees

P2 Al Gore Squats, Lunges, Monkey Humpers

Mary- Freddie Mercury (IC X20), WWII (OYO 10), LBCs (IC X20), 1 min low plank

P1 Run 5 Star Jumps

P2 Diamond Merkins, Should Press, Hand Release Merkins

Mary- Repeat Above

Round 2= Rinse and repeat all except only time for one set of Mary and only did 3 Seal Burpees

 

WOD:

2 Timothy 1:6-10 – Talked about using the Gifts the Lord gives us and using them the way he expects us to.

Moleskin:

Good workout today! YHC was not sure if the heat and humidity, the prerun that he SP and Retread did, or the workout played the biggest role in feeling whipped but I hope that the PAX felt tired too. We don’t get up for easy but it is always fun to get up and exercise with this group on men.
