QIC:  Double Bogey

Since the beginning of summer I have seen Facebook posts, Glide posts, Twitter posts, and Map My Run posts of PAX hitting the beach.  Ohhh the jealously.  But no worries, YHC will be enjoying the sand, the salt in the air, and the water soon.  Because I love the men that I work out with, I hated seeing the ones that came back from the beach so sad.  So YHC gave them one last chance to ride a wave.  The Wave of Merkins.

Wave of Merkins (We circled up, got into a plank position, first person does one merkin, then the next person to the right does a merkin, until we got back to the first person who then performs 2 merkins, repeat all the way up to 10. We stayed in plank position the entire time.)

We need to always look in the true mirror of God’s Word for the image that we were created for and let His Word direct our paths to true Christian living.
