We had an awesome Monday evening beat down; good way to end the day!

- Had a musical moment and did a Chumbaburpee exercise. (SSH during the whole song “Tubhumping” interrupted by Burpees when the lyrics got to “I get knocked down, but I get up again”. Winds up being about 4 minutes of SSH and 30 burpees!
