Warm-up – SSHx10, ATTx10

Mosey to parking lot in front of City Hall.

Partner up for 100 burpees, 300 squats, 200 merkins.  Partner 1 performs exercise while partner 2 runs up the parking lot to driveway entrance and back down.  Flip flop.  During merkins, Pax will run up the parking lot backwards.

When completed with reps, both partners run backwards up the hill for people’s chair while waiting on the six.

Mosey to fountain in front of City Hall for Tricep Dips and Incline Merkins IC, Calf Raises on City Hall steps.

Mosey to rock pile next to the railroad tracks for Curls, Overhead Presses, Skull Crushes, and American Hammers IC
