What a Glorious morning the Lord blessed us with today. It was perfect. The only thing more glorious was watching our Flag blowing in the wind, with the most epic flag topper you’ve ever seen. Banjo is a Boss…..end of story. 7 PAX showed up this morning for a quick card game…this is what went down
Warm Up
- SSH – 15 IC
- Butt-Kickers – 15 IC
- Humpies – 15 IC
- Humpies on your 6 – 15IC
- Burpees – 5 OYO then run up the hill, back down and 5 more back at the AO
Deck of Doom – The PAX would now grab a block, which would be their only friend for the remainder of the day. We then played cards! The PAX would complete the exercise that correlates to the suit below. We would do that exercise by whatever number was on the card with our trustee block in hand. As all of you already know, this would be 104 reps of each exercise.
- Spades – Squats
- Clubs – Curls
- Diamond – Bench Press
- Heart – Shoulder Press
Once we completed the DD, I passed out one card to each #HIM. I asked them to call their favorite exercise and we would do them all IC. I can’t remember the counts but here is what we did…
- LBC
- Bench Press
- Shoulder Press
- Smurf Jacks
- Crunchy Frogs
- Freddy
- American Hammers w/ Block
Time with Mary
- American Hammers – 20 IC
- Crunchy Frogs – 15 IC
- Flutter Kicks – 15 IC
- Freddy Mercury – 15 IC
We then went to the wall and tried a new exercise.

F3Nation is the exact kick in the pants I needed to start working out. If it wasn’t for these men holding me accountable to get out of the ole fart sack and enter the Gloom 3 days a week…..I would just stay in the bed and be a sad clown. But not only in exercise, but the accountability to just be a man. To be a leader. We sharpen one another so that we can be better. I’m reminded of this every time I post.
Prayers go out to our brother PBR. His dad passed away earlier this week. We are lifting him up this morning

- Short leg/arm people benefited from the workout today and reminded the rest of the PAX that they have to take double the amount of steps when we run
- Double Bogey showed up, even though the only 2 workouts I’ve missed were when he Q’d. Dude is a #HIM. I won’t miss your next one…..you can count on it. (for Crop and Cuz….since you are the only ones reading this….I didn’t miss them on purpose. It not like I don’t like the guy. I just didn’t make it)
