Moseyed to the block pile and partnered up for a 4 corners BOMB. While 1st partner did the exercise, 2nd partner did squats.

Overhead Press x20

Bent over Rows x40

After a 10 count, we ran it BACK. Partner 2 did LBC’s while partner 1 did the exercises.

We then put the blocks up and relaxed with Mary-

We then attempted to do some strides, this was met with lots of grumbling. YHC’s fault on this one, should’ve explained better. After that we headed back to the flag to finish up with:
