QIC:  Cousin Eddie

There were 2 plans:
Plan A – do intervals w/ logs
Plan B – do intervals w/ blocks

The only flaw with Plan A is that we needed even numbers of Pax to make it work so when Cable Guy pulled in at 5:29:58, I knew that Plan A was not an option…or was it? For a second, I entertained the thought of grabbing a clipboard and just watching the other guys do work but that probably wouldn’t have had a good reception.

On to Plan B.

First a few burpees: 10, 9, 8, 7, 6, 5, 4, 3, 2, and 10 more. 64 total.
Grab blocks.
Circle up and do my current favorite workout, the block hold contest. Hold your block straight out for as long as you can. When you give up, start doing burpees until everyone else gives up. Footnote: YHC has never won this contest. Apparently, I have a secret desire to do burpees.
Binary won and his reward was to call an exercise. Dude called SHS for 10 minutes. No, I believe he made it up to 20 IC.

W/ Blocks, Rotate between:
Curls for the Girls
Kettlebell swings
Russian Twist
Bench press
Overhead press
Squats
1:30 each exercise, 45 seconds of rest. Complete round 1.
Mosey around the church.
Rinse and repeat.

Great mumblechatter from these men. Especially from Part Time, the dude saved some birds, trimmed bushes, and didn’t run a 5K all in the same weekend. Got to hear about one or two Pax that posted for about a month and then went back to Cheeseburger Eating Contests or something.
Next time, if Star will have me, we’ll do something w/ the logs. Thanks for the invite to cross the lake.
