QIC:  Short Sale

Alright,

YHC had placed Fix-it on the Q schedule in hopes to bring home his wayward son..

didn’t work…..yet.

So, being like a Boy-scout, YHC was prepared with a MOUNT themed block adventure.

Here’s sort of what went down, from memory,

Warmup:

SSH, Toe Touches, Windmills, High Knees, Butt Kickers, etc ICx12 or so..

mosey to the snake pit/block pile and choose your coupon,

The Mount’s certified anti soccer arm workout; Starting at 10 reps, each excersize  -1 down to 0, after each round run a loop around the parking lot;

M- Merkins on the block x10

O- Overhead Press w/ block x10

U- Up and over Merkins (merkin w/ one hand on block, merkin on top of block, merkin with other hand on block =1) x10

N- Nose Curls, controlled curl, touch your nose w/ block

T- Toe taps w/ block, leaned over holding block, lift foot & tap the outside of each foot with block =1 X10

-added a couple extra rounds at end.

Lunge with block each leg, then do 6 Squat McStuffins. IC x10 (YHC’s fav of the day)

WOD; let Christ be a lamp unto our feet. We sometimes try to make big decisions and for the most part run to God when big choices are made. Sometimes we (YHC) forgets that He calls us to include Him on all the seemingly small choices we make throughout our days. Let the Spirit guide you with every small decision/choice/action you make and the result is life changing.
