QIC:  Cropduster

OK, in case y’all don’t know – Whipping Stick now begins at 6:15am sharp.  The Q would have been late had not Markup mentioned in passing that he thought it now begins early.  Recliner didn’t know and he joined our small band of nomads a little late. 6:15am.  6:15am.  6:15am.

We began with a mosey to the back of the school (no warmup) for this:

  • Step ups
  • Incline Merkins
  • Decline Merkins
  • Tricep Dips
  • Rinse and Repeat, lowering the reps the 2nd time around.
  • Squats – extra credit
  • Lunges – extra credit

Mosey to the back corner of Mt Olive for this:

  • Burpees
  • Jump Ropes
  • Speed Skaters
  • LBC
  • Rinse and Repeat

Mosey to the corner by New Hope for this (Recliner found us here):

  • DCR
  • Freddie Merc
  • Curb Hoppers
  • High Knees

Mosey to back side of New Hope – for some weight work:

  • OH Press
  • Bench Press
  • Curlz
  • Bent over Rows
  • Rinse and Repeat

Mosey back – heading back to A/O – stopped for this:

  • High Planks
  • Low Planks
  • High/Low Planks
  • Plank Jacks
  • Speed Skaters

Mosey to the corner for Ab Work as called by the PAX:

  • Don’t remember
  • Don’t remember
  • Who cares?
  • Car came and we were in the road

Mosey back to A/O for:

  • Agility training on the slalom course
  • Stairs down – bunny hop up
  • Lunges
  • Done!

It was quite humid today.  We admired Beaker’s new truck and his new hair style!  Crop led read Acts 3:19 about repenting from our sins and receiving a time of refreshing.  He invited the PAX to come hear his sermon tomorrow.  [all but one came!]
