I had a great time guest Qing at The Mount this morning !! Great group of men !!
Warmups were:
- SSH x 15
- Imperial Storm Troopers x 15
- Alt Toe Touch x 15
- Windmills x 15
- Humpies x 15
- Arm Circles x 10
- Reverse Arm Circles x 10
We mosied one parking over and did a little exercise poster that I had created. We did 10 each of the exercises on the poster. In between each exercise we ran around the parking island. The exercises were:
- Burpees
- Imperial Storm Troopers
- WWII Sit Ups
- Peter Parkers
- Mountain Climbers
- LBC’s
- Squats
- RBC’s
- Merkins
- American Hammers
We then mosied to the wall on the side of the bank and did 3 sets of the following wall exercises:
- Mohammed Alis x 10
- Joe Fraziers x 10
- Ken Nortons x 10
- Itsy Bitsy Spiders x 10
We then mosied to the block pile. We did 3 sets of block exercises, 10 each, then 7 each, then 5 each.
- Curls
- Kettle Bell Swings
- Overhead Press
- Bent Over Rows
- Bench Press
- Skull Crushers
- WWII Situps
- Block Squats
Ran back to the stating point and burned out the last minute with 10 LBC’s.
