Mosey to the low wall -tricep dips ICx20 (Has Been pleaser)
Mosey to the very steep, very slick, very Grassy Knoll in front of Lowes Foods. (History lesson; Nothing good ever happens at a Grassy Knoll)
ER inspired AMRAP:
20 Merkins/20 LBC’s Run (climb/crawl) up the grassy hill to the Lowes parking lot, at top, 20 Merkins/20 LBC’s, run, following the sidewalk around and back to the bottom of the hill and repeat dropping one merkin and LBC on each round. Time was called pre-heart attack with about 15 minutes to go. Reverse low horizontal planks with a 20 count.
Mosey back to the flag.
