Already our 2nd week here at The Den; and it was perfectly cool Day meant for new pain. After all, last week, we took it easy on the PAX since so many were FNGs. What an honor to be with these men and lead them. It’s exciting to already see how much they have already improved. Also, great to see such enthusiasm; there is already talk of adding a Tuesday morning workout! I can see Abraham and Cuz beaming with pride as they read this (will they read this?)! Excited for next month and all of our Celebrity Guest-Q’s!
