We had 9 Pax this morning at Hurler for a good time at the Gloom!!
Warmups included:
- SSH x 15
- ATT x 15
- Imperial Storm Troopers x 15
- Humpies x 15
- Windmills x 15
- Arm Circles
- Reverse Arm Circles
We mosied to the town square and did a burpee ladder, starting with 10 burpees, a lap around town square, decreasing the number of burpees by one until you do the one final one.
We mosied across the street to a set of block stairs that had a large landing at the top, about 5 feet high. We each had to get ourselves up to the top of the landing, run down the stairs, and return to the back of the line. Everyone had to do this 10 times each.
We then mosied to the block pile and did the following Block exercises:
- Curls x 10
- Overhead presses x 10
- Bench Presses x 10
- Skull Crushes x 10
- Kettle Bell Swings x 10
- Bent over rows x 10
We broke up the block workout with some ab work:
- WWII situps x 10
- Flutter Kicks x 10
- LBC x 10
We then did the same block work and ab work again, decreasing the number of block reps to 6.
We then mosied back to the starting point and killed a couple of minutes with:
- American Hammers x 10
- Dying Cockroach x 10
Count off and name-a-rama.
Devotion: Jesus said that the most important laws were 1. Love God 2. Love your neighbor. All of the law and profits are based on this. Loving ourselves was not mentioned here. Keep the proper perspective.
