Alternating Toe Touches x 15 IC

Imperial Storm Troopers x 15IC

Humpy’s x 15 IC

The Thang: Went just down from where we did the warm-o-rama to where the elevator planter boxes are and did:

Step Ups x 20 IC

Merkins x 12 IC

LBC’s x 20 IC

Dips x 15 IC

Decline Merkins x 15 OYO

Flutter Kicks x 15 IC

Then repeated all exercises again starting with Step Ups, same reps for round 2

Then moseyed over the playground:

Pull Ups x 10 OYO

1 leg up lunges on benches in playground x 10 each leg OYO

Repeated above once.

Then we moseyed down the block for a little four corners around the city block:

Corner 1: 10 Burpees (Can’t have an F3 workout without some burpees)

Corner 2: 20 Pretzel crunches, 10 each side

Corner 3: 15 Plank Jacks & 15 Mountain Climbers

Corner 4: 40 yard bear crawl

Think we did 3 laps (I really need to write these things up more timely).

Moseyed back to the AO for Announcements, Count Off, Name-O-Rama and WOD.

Because it was Valentines Day we had our WOD about how Husbands are commanded to treat their wives.
