Nine F3 brothers joined YHC for a wet time at everyone’s favorite AO. We did it up right and here’s a summary of what got us dripping:
Warm-ups – SSH – 10 – IC. Thats was enough warming up in a circle. YHC called a mosey and off we went. Up the hill to the first stairwell. Up the stairs to the top, across the deck and down the second flight. Regrouped at the bottom.
Burpee Zig Zag – Started at the bottom of the deck basement level and did 5 burpees. Run to the end of that level and did 5 more. Repeated this while going up the ramps all the way to the top stopping at the elbows. Estimated 50 burpees as YHC doesn’t remember how many levels that thing has.
Mosey to bottom of Medical Specialties parking lot and partnered up. Cumulative workout set up. 150 merkins and 150 squats (was 200 but YHC was gassed). Partner 1 heads off for a mosey all the way up the parking lot to the sidewalk rail then back while Partner 2 hits the exercise. Switch until all 300 reps are done.
Mosey to the YMCA rip rap pile at the creek bed. Had a brief stop at Hospital Hill but grace was the word and YHC didn’t make us sprint it today. Continued to rocks. Partner up again. Cumulative workout set up. This time we had to do 300 Curlz For The Girlz and 300 Bench Press for a total of 600 reps. Return rocks to pile.
Mosey to the small hill at the YMCA track gate for LBC’s and RBC’s. Both IC – 12 reps.
Mosey to long stairwell and up to top of deck. Done.
