This morning we had 5 Pax for Sling Blade. We began with the COT. We had announcements and devotion. Our devotion was about helping others.
We had a long course and a short course option. The long course was 5.07 miles and our short course was 3.24 miles. The long course is below. For the short course you run the long course but stop at the point where to come back to the A/O the first time. Our course was:
- Begin at A/O and go to Dudley Av
- Dudley to Spring St
- Spring St to Hillside Av
- Hillside Av to School Rd
- School Rd to Sunset St
- Sunset to Dry Ponds
- Dry Ponds to Main St Parallel
- Main St Parallel directly back to the A/O (end of Short Course option, 3.24 miles)
- From A/O back Down Dudley to Archer St
- Archer St to Falls Av
- Falls Ave to Main St
- End back at the A/O
