YHC was not scheduled to Q at #Star this morning, but due to work conflicts Part Time switched. That being said, I wanted to revisit an old but good one, that for some reason no one wants to think about. Binary was so kind to acquire for us several telephone poles cut into 8′ sections (or close because no one pole is created equal). Lets bring out the poles, since i have not used them since the summer. It was going to be ugly but this is what went down.

Mosey PAX to the pole rack, and the mumble chatter begins…
Team up in groups of two and select the pole of choice..
Cusack Poles to nearby field for the following
- Curls IC x 10
- Se-saw IC x 10
- Overhead Press IC x 10
Partner Up for the following, Pole Flip
Partner 1 Flips pole out 50 yards, end over end, while Partner 2 performs an AMRAP., then Partner 1 tags Partner 2 and flapjack the pole back to start.

Mosey PAX to CPA Office for the following enjoyment

High Knees up half of the parking lot, then Broadjump Burpes back to Shovel Flag.

Great workout this AM It was great seeing Cropduster and the return of Binary to the Star. Anytime you work with logs the mumble chatter will go crazy and it did this time. Plenty of talk about length and width as well as no poles are created equal….Total distance moved was 1 mile.

Special Prayer Requests for John Carver Family, Cropdusters friend and hero. John lived his faith and obviously was a very special person to many people in the community and First Baptist.
Also Special Prayer for Markups Mother and Family, prayer for Gods Peace on them.
Also Humpy’s Father and Mother, Father in the hospital and mother had fallen, prayer for their recovery.
