Warmup- side straddle hops, imperial storm troopers, hallelujah lunges, Parker Peters
Workout- DirtyMacDuece 4 sets of 3 (10 merkins, lunge jumps, dollys) Bojangles biscuit (mosey straight/sprint corners) 2 laps with 10 monkey humpers to start each lap, Bataan death march w/5 squats, burpee mile w/40 total burpees

Its imperative to be able to find a joyful balance that offsets anger, frustration, anxious moments, relationship issues, work, kids, even death… there is a time and place for all emotions and knowing that balance shows maturity in our faith of who has the final say and our world could have a very different outlook if each individual believer shared their day with someone else in a few moments of laughter. We are to make earth as much like heaven as possible before it’s all over. Share some laughter today with someone and be a vessel of light for God.
