We started this workout with some warmups
SSH, Windmill, Hairy Rockettes, Humpees, Low Country Crab, Pickle Pounders
Then we headed up the hill to the church parking lot and we did a SPOKES workout with each spoke being a high plank for 30 seconds and the middle was LBC’s
Then we rinse and repeated and did Low planks for 30 seconds and then we did WEEZY Jeffersons for the middle.
After that we did a ring of fire with AL GORE position and the 1 guy ran up the steps and down the steps and we did that in a clockwise fashion.
(During the AL GORE’s we had an interesting conversation about “PUMPS”) inside joke you just had to be there FARTSACKERS
After we were done with that we ran to Hospice and did a leg workout that consisted of squats and lunges. We then did an Indian run down to stargate and back to the AO
We spent sometime with Mary doing
Freddy Mercuries, American Hammers, x factor, and oblique crunches. We ended the workout with a COT.
