The workout started with the disclaimer and then we jumped straight into the warmup.
Warm-up:
15 SSH
10 SSH and 10 merkins ladder down to 1, alternating between SSH and squats.
Workout:
Mosey to the other side of the manufacturing plants where YHC had placed 9 coupons. In hopes that (Diamon Dave, Lip Sync, Pumpernickle, Cousin Eddie would be in attendance). So we used five and left 4 behind.
Each PAX grab a coupon of their liking. The rest was history.
Started with 5 blockees.
Mosey with block to next location 5 blockees with 10 curls.
Mosey with block to next location complete 5 blockees, 10 curls, and 15 block swings.
Mosey with block to next location complete 5 blockees, 10 curls, 15 block swings, and 20 OHP.
Mosey with block to next location complete 5 blockees, 10 curls, 15 block swings, 20 OHP, 25 block merkins.
Mosey with block to next location complete 5 blockees, 10 curls, 15 block swings, 20 OHP, 25 block merkins, murder bunny across the parking lot.
Mosey with block to next location complete 5 blockees, 10 curls, 15 block swings, 20 OHP, 25 block merkins, 30 goblet squats.
Rifle carry block back to the pad and complete 5 blockees, 10 curls, 15 block swings, 20 OHP, 25 block merkins, 30 goblet squats.
The workout ended at 6:15 on the dot!
WOD: Shield lock works. If you don’t have a shield lock find some men to lock shields with. Lately, YHC has been in the flux and his shield lock has been working to hold YHC accountable and helping to ensure that guardrails stay intact. Check-in on one another and be intentional. Yes, posting at your AOs and bantering is important, but be more intentional than that. We all need it! Reach out to someone if you are struggling…. you probably aren’t alone.
