• Fourth Line – 4 Merkins, 4 Burpees, 4 Squats

• Complete the pattern until you reach the end of the parking lot.

Shared a story of a child being scared of the toilet and the parents pulling their hair out not understanding the fear to get the child to go use the bathroom alone.  Realized that they could stay just outside the bathroom and the child could face their fear with a parent within close proximity.  How close is our Heavenly Father when we get a feared?  He says he never leaves us, so whatever fear you may face or are facing, turn to the Father for that assurance to work through whatever.

PBR noted there was a 95% chance of rain.  We got drizzled on a bit and for some portion we posted in the 5% of no rain.

That was 92 Merkins/Burpees/Squats at the Presbyterian Church and counting the roughly 60 Merkins throughout the work out that was over 150 Merkins.
