After looking at the weather this morning, YHC figured that it was very possible that RAM would experience single digit numbers. As he pulled into the parking lot at 0528 he realized that he was wrong…it would be single digit number.

Self: Yes, I’m sure…you can be back home in 3 and back in the bed in 7 if you want.
Self: So are you in or not?
Self: All in.

Exit car at 0530 for warm up in cadence

Mosey down 8th Ave NE and stop at Minges Science Bld for 20 X Merkins.
Mosey down 8th St NE to St. Andrews LC for 30 X LBC’s.
Continue on 8th St NE to Hickory Fire Dept for 40 X Squats.
Mosey past the lights and to the Sails for tribute to Howitzer – 30 X Mountain Climbers.
Mosey down 3rd St NW to 3rd Ave NW to ER for a tribute to ER – 1 Lap of Old ER.
Mosey to 1st St NE and down 5th Ave NE back to LRU.
Cold, Icy Moleskin:
Over near the ER: Whats this? Two other runners? Hey, it’s Herniator and Stiffy. Apparently they were right behind the Q as he exited the RAM parking lot and followed into town. Great to see these boys out and about! It gave the Q a boost and increased our numbers to single digits!
COT/WOD:

Three points
– When we love like God loves us, we love the correct way.

– May we all experience and share the fullness of Gods love this Christmas season, so that others might know His love.
We prayed for those competing in various races tomorrow then headed for dry ground and hot coffee.
