Enjoyable Thursday morning workout..

We warmed up

SSH, Humpees, Alt toe touches, LACs, etc.

We played with concrete Blocks

Block pushup roll to push press each side, left and right, 5 reps each movement, 5 times. Hard to explain. I made it up and it was tough.

Squats and Lunge walk with blocks

Wall sits passing blocks back and forth a few times.

Suicide runs on parking lot lines with block exercise at beginning line between each run. OH press, push press, on 6 arms up with block leg lifts.

Ran around the block once.

Spokes directed some fl-ab work

American hammers, wheezy jeffersons, and something else.

All in all a successful day at the AO

Lots of chatter but my first exercise was awesome. Got quieter as the PAX pushed through

God’s presence is always felt when we’re gather. Praise HIM for the good men in your life that help build each other up.
