Started out with SSH and ATT.
Moseyed up the ramps to the top of the parking deck.
Ran an abbreviated ER lap, started at the top of the 1st stairwell, 20 merkins, ran down to the bottom 19 LBCs, ran up the other stair case 18 merkins, back down the stairs 17 LBCs, back up to the top of the first staircase for 16 merkins…continuing until 1 LBC at the bottom of the second staircase. Note: Cheese Whiz dusted everyone even after running a 1:47 half marathon on Saturday.
Mosey to the bottom of the 1st ramp for some compounding BLIMPS.
5 ea Burpees at the bottom of the ramp
5 ea Burpees + Lunges at the top of the ramp
5ea Burpees + Lunges + IST at the bottom of the next ramp
continue working our way up the ramps adding a letter at each stop. The last 4 stops all 6 exercises BLIMPS.
