Agassi’s: Parking Lot Spaces suicide drills. (Agassi has had many comebacks, aye.)
BOMBS: Partner up. Pax 1 does exercise while Pax 2 runs to the other end of the parking lot. Swap out and continue the exercise until each amount of reps are complete. The exercises and reps are:
50- Burpees
100- Overhead Claps
150- Merkins
200- Big Boy Sit-ups
250- SSH.
Mosey
During Mosey, weave in&out of Parking Signs; upon completion grab a Curb.
Ascending Curb Crawl: Locate PAX on curbed street. Starting position Bear Crawl facing opposite curb. BC to other side, turn & place feet on curb to complete one Derkin, crawl back and complete two Derkins.

Devotion: John 4:46-54
“So HE came again to Cana in Galilee, where HE had made the water wine. And at Capernaum there was an official whose son was ill. When this man heard that Jesus had come from Judea to Galilee, he went to HIM and asked HIM to come down and heal his son, for he was at the point of death. So Jesus said to him, “Unless you see signs and wonders you will not believe.” The official said to HIM, “Sir, come down before my child dies.” Jesus said to him, “Go; your son will live.” The man believed the word that Jesus spoke to him and went on his way. As he was going down, his servants met him and told him that his son was recovering. So he asked them the hour when he began to get better, and they said to him, “Yesterday at the seventh hour the fever left him.” The father knew that was the hour when Jesus had said to him, “Your son will live.” And he himself believed, and all his household. This was now the second sign that Jesus did when he had come from Judea to Galilee.”
I love this.
First, this dude is an official, coming probably as a last resort to ask this “religious miracle worker” to “hopefully” help his dying son. (What a tough spot to be in!).
Second, Jesus provides a command “Go” with the promise “your son WILL LIVE”. Thus, the official believes him.
Third, this first time the official believes, he believes with his HEAD. He KNEW Jesus was capable to heal because of the signs & wonders being rumored about him, which is why Jesus PROPHESIED and said that HE Knew that this official would not believe unless he saw the signs and wonders.
But this is the cool part: the official leaves, doesn’t go home (probably too distraught at what his son was going through), THEN, his servants “met him” (or found him) and shared that his son was healed. BAM! This official believes AGAIN! But this time, he has a HEART change!
Note: Often, we Know with Our Head what is True; but it’s not until we Believe with Our Heart does the Truth change us.

None… apparently we are all prayed up or we were ready to leave…! 😉 Truly, “many unmentioned”. Suggested they Text their prayer requests to myself to maintain and update our FAITH component F3 PRAYER LIST.
