QIC:  Plank

YHC has never been a real regular at #RAM, probably due to PTSD from about 3 years ago when a crazy loose guide wire sent me for a flip on my maiden post.  Well after years of therapy and counseling, the opportunity to Q #RAM was open and i wanted to show this thing i was not backing down.  That being said, I took this opportunity to hit this thing in the face.  Conditions were perfect and 12 men gathered for what was about to go down.  DISCLAIMER  YHC was a little intimidated by the “Runners” that usually post to RAM as you see from the list of PAX, but i thought what can we do to level this playing field out some?…Answer…Burpees…

With Jesus we are able to GET UP and face this life without fear, knowing that he is with us always, through the Peaks and Valleys of life.

Great morning with these men. I do not get a lot of opportunities to workout with most of them, but is always a real pleasure.  Great group that always lifts you up even when your the Q and the 6…Hope the management team at RAM will have me back again for another attempt.
