Took a mosey to the LR sign and started the 4 corner BOMB

15 Burpees at 1st corner

20 Oblique V-ups

25 Merkins

30 Bird dogs

We then made our way downtown to the sails for where YHC had planned to use the bench, which apparently was removed months ago. Who knew? Instead we used the 2 steps for

Dips 20 IC

Side plank ups w/ feet on steps- 20 each side

Step Ups- 10 each leg OYO

After this we did a quick mosey to the bottom of Hospital Hill for the MOAB- Mother of all bombs. (Side note: Publix informed me there was now a FOAB, father of all bombs, that Russia has claimed to have. Maybe next time.)

Mountain Climbers- 20 then run to top

Overhead Press at top of hill- 30 then run back down

American Hammer at bottom- 40

Back to flag (this was going to be Burpees but called an audible since it was almost 6:15 at this point)

Also, I think we had a couple flamingcropdusters at this point. 1 may have been legit due to the time, but they will not be named here. We made it almost 4 miles, and YHC appreciated the work by these PAX today! WOD was from Phillippians 4:6-7 “Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.”
