- Imperial snow troopers(a.k.a. think you get it)
- Little ice sickle circles (a.k.a. yep)
- Snow cream squats (a.k.a. vanilla)
Mosey with Banjo: Snow Plow(partner up with sled)
- 10 burpees on start
- push partner on sled to destination, 30 squats , back to start with 5 burpees
- push partner on sled to destination, 20 lunge jumps(each leg), back to start with 5 burpees
- push partner on sled to destination, 30 (meant to be monkey humpers) humpees, back to start with 5 burpees
- push partner on sled to destination, 20 smurf jacks, back to start with ( you guessed it)
Mosey with Assid: Grab a block and head to the bunny slope ( partner up)
- 150 curls for girls
- 150 over head press
- 150 bent over rows
- While one partner is working on numbers, the other is sledding down the hill and walking the sled back up
