Check Q calendar; it’s Audit. Love the brother, but likely he’s not showing.
Rolled up to A/O to find only Bismarck. After deciding that no one else was coming; we decided who took Q by a quick game of “Rock, Paper, Scissors” and YHC won Q.
Begin standard warmup stuff. Grout rolls in a little late and joins us.
Two things about this morning: it was cold and it was dark. So finding places we could actually see was a challenge. Decided to mosey to hill up from high school to middle school. We did 10 (each leg) lunge walks, 10 squats, 10 burpees, and 10 Merkins. After second set we see Deuce roll in. Bismarck gave some strange rooster call to alert Deuce who in turn responded with some strange alley cat sound. They seemed to understand so all I can figure it’s a “plus 40 thing!” Do a few more sets of this stuff and get to middle school parking lot.
In middle school parking lot, we honored Bismarck with a little of his own medicine. Bear crawl to first line and do one Big Boi Sit-up. Bear crawl to next line and do two, etc, all the way up to 10. Then we went back in the direction we started; only this time we started with 10 Weezie Jefferson’s and crab walked to next line and defended our Weezies by one all the way to one.
Misey to high school stadium. Starting at bottom of home side stands we did one inclined Merkin and box jumped to next step. At each step we increased reps by one until we reached ten. Once there we did 10 box squats and 1 Mountain Biker; then 9 box squats and 2 mountain bikers, continue until we reached 1 box squats and ten mountain bikers.
Run lap around track, and at visitor stands we did ten pull-ups.
Mosey to baseball stadium for ten derkins and ten step ups (each side). Mosey to rocks for 10 curls and ten shoulder presses, 9 & 9 all the way to 1 & 1.
Mosey back to our starting point for a set of Motivators starting at 10 and going down to one.
No real WOD; just a lot of laughs and awkward conversations.
Deuce and YHC did the 2F thing at CfA.
