The HIMβs of Conover
did rounds of workouts involving 22 reps of Smerf jacks,
climbers, lunges, Bobby Hurleys
, dips, incline and decline merkins, American hammers, Freddy Mercuryβs, big boiβs. Between sets we took turns carrying each other to the next spot. This represented the injured man, and never leaving them behind, and how sometimes we have to help carry someone when they are down, and how sometimes we have to allow others to help us.
