There was a call for a substi-Q and I accepted the challenge and attempted to think of a way to be creative.  I’m not wired like that my mind kept going back to Time.  We measure it on a watch, calendar, season, etc but in the end a day is still 24 hours long for everyone.  What do we do with our time?  I used the AO as numbers on the clock and we would end at 12 and start at 1.

I arrived at the AO with five minutes to spare and simply sat in my car until I saw 0515 roll over on the watch.  I immediately got out of the car with the disclaimer and noted it was Time.

Mosey to 1 :00 – Parking Lot by the AO on Willow/Ashe – Warmup with SSH’s, Windmills, Imperial Storm Troopers, ATT (all IC at 20 count)

Mosey to 2:00 – Presbyterian Church Parking Lot – LBC’s

Mosey to 3:00 – First Baptist Church on Main St. – Calf Raises on stairs and wall sit for Bus Drivers, Mohammad Ali’s

Mosey to 4:00 – Pit Parking lot near old Ambulance station – Elevens with Itsy Bitsy spider on wall and Stripper Squat on railing

Mosey to 5:00 – Harper Ave Hill – Complete 4 minutes of Quadraphilia (Find a steep hill (Hill of pain). Set a timer, 4 minutes. Run forward down the hill and run backwards up the hill repeato until the timer runs out.)  If legs weren’t hurting enough, wall sit at USPS for Penguins

Mosey to 6:00 – Traffic Island at Fire Dept. on West/Harper – Squats

Mosey to 7:00 – BB&T Parking Lot – Clock Merkins on Curb with 10 OYO at 12/3/6/9

Mosey to 8:00/9:00 – Vaiden St – Bernie up hill and then mosey across Davenport school and head back to the AO

We didn’t make it to  all hands on the clock as we ran out of Time.  Such is life.

COT – Ecclesiastes 3:1-8 – What are you doing with your time?  This scripture sums up our life even if we haven’t gone through any/all of these items.

There is a time for everything,
and a season for every activity under the heavens:

a time to be born and a time to die,
a time to plant and a time to uproot,
a time to kill and a time to heal,
a time to tear down and a time to build,
a time to weep and a time to laugh,
a time to mourn and a time to dance,
a time to scatter stones and a time to gather them,
a time to embrace and a time to refrain from embracing,
a time to search and a time to give up,
a time to keep and a time to throw away,
a time to tear and a time to mend,
a time to be silent and a time to speak,
a time to love and a time to hate,
a time for war and a time for peace.

Prayers for Friar, Goodwill’s Family in their move and his Stepdad in the hospital
