Small group this morning just me, Bismarck and Swinger came out for my 3rd q in less than 7 days. Started the usual warmup side straddle hops, arms circles, butt kickers, high knees, humpies. Next blocks, curls for girls, overhead lifts, rows , merkins, benches, merkins. More cur for girls , block squats , merkins, bench, and block assisted leg lifts. From there we grabbed the bricks for a short mosey rifle cart and merkins then mosey to parking lot and then jump squats.. Next a ladder of 10 involving merkins side bear crawl to end of parking spot line merkin and back. Next lunges with bricks to lunges with rifle carry. Next up the stairs for merkins and squats and the a little more rifle carry up a hill to more merkins. Then back to the ao for more block works curls,etc. next circle merkins, block sit ups, leg lift planks and spider man planks finished with flutter kicks followed by 30, 60 90 flutter kicks and a finish with merkins. The good news I think I made swinger break a sweat with my old man work out. The word of the day a challenge to hold each other accountable and to make a special effort to reach this month to someone we’ve missed seeing at workouts to encourage them to come out and to be the ear or the support they might need right now.
