Thanks to Swinger I actually had a little heads up on me being Q.

Did that make me plan out some meticulous workout that would focus on all parts of the body equally?

Ha, you know I figurin this thing out falling asleep or on the drive to PB.

Roll up a little early and I see a few cars and then what ya know you guys start rollin in.   Im talking Babyface numbers here.  

I start pulling out the blocks so we can do some upper body (all for you friar) and just to mess with everyone. 

Warmup

Lets mosey( None of the sissy SSH) we are getting that heart rate up and staying up for 45 minutes.  (Insert ED joke later)

Im pretty sure we ran around the really big block and back to the AO (Twin seemed excited for this workout)  

Block work

overhead press, curls, bent over rose,  (is that right? I dont think so)

Mosey some more to Box fit base. (I bet those guys think we are really cool, we should invite them to a picnic)

Arm circles(Whats the point of these?) 

Run to the top of the hill all the way, no stopping.(I was making Cropduster proud up that hill, root a toot toot)

Mosey to the church parking lot for step ups and double curb merkins (Great name, good job)

Found the secret passageway.  Had stairs and lights.  (use this in future Q’s)

Back to AO for more block work.

Block work (Really thats all I can come up with)

Mosey to Stargate (Sure glad I don’t run Stargate) (Was this earlier)

Step ups and abs at the good step up wall.  

mosey and fake out to the school (That hill and stair combo is A+)

Down the ramp then back up the hill.  (Remember to thank Twin for speaking so fondly of me, Dont listen to Bismark Twin is a cool guy)

Back to the AO from the church.

We still had a few minutes so we did a little block work. (Really Friar one handed, Try that later, no dont you will drop it on your head)   

Put up the blocks and let the boys rest for a minute.  (classic TWSS)

 

WOD

Make every day and moment count.  You never know when life is going to change.  

Sleep in then Get up early,  Eat right but have that slice of Pizza.  Snuggle up your loved ones.
