Well, the morning started off with a mixture of pre runners rolling in. As we were getting ready there was news that PBR received a text from Cropduster to wait for them as they were coming in to join….so we started on our normal warm ups (SSH, IST, Humps…). 5 minutes in and no CD so PBR gave him a call. Apparently he texted the wrong group and was actually at Lenoir – – – Rhyne. So, with that it was time to mosey. Off towards the Aquatic Center we go…as we passed the entrance and continued on Powell a comment was made that maybe we were doing Stargate….naaaaa. We ended up stopping at the end of the Greenway and did a couple of exercises. Then it was Bernie up part of the hill on Powell then back to running till we turned on Ebel Pl. This took us to a section that should have been new for most of the guys….a hidden section of the Greenway. Finally paved. Ends up at the upper soccer complex parking lot. From there cruised thru the soccer fields and hit the gravel trail section but did a few more exercises before getting on the gravel. Found our way to the Aquatic Center gate and did some additional exercises. Time was running short with the Cropduster misinformation so we worked our way back to the AO. Made it with just a minute or so late.
Did the normal count, name, announcements and prayer and then it was off to the real world.
