Hit your Six at the AO

  • Deep Stretch
  • WWII sit ups (with arms stretched out perpendicular to your body)…wasn’t intended this way but it was not any easier…

WOD – Galatians 6:5-6  “The Lord saw how great the wickedness of the human race had become on the earth, and that every inclination of the thoughts of the human heart was only evil all the time. The Lord regretted that he had made human beings on the earth, and his heart was deeply troubled.”

When we think of the word regret we tend to make it quite negative and in the Eastern culture and Hebrew Regret means Sorrow/Pain.  The Lord was in sorrow with how sin had engulfed His creation.  As we know this leads into the story of Noah’s Ark where God wiped out all the living creatures except Noah and Family and two of the living creatures of each kind.  Looking at the world today, there is a lot of sin…how is God looking at us?  We were created in His image yet do we portray that to others?
