I showed up to my own Q, 2-3 minutes late and the workout has already started… It’s totally intentional, I like to under-promise, I start with the bar low, like, just in general, in life, it’s all about setting expectations. It can only get better from here… as planned.
I commenced taking over the warm up as if nothing was wrong, you know, like a quality leader. Then someone showed up after me and I shamed them for being late, you know, like a quality leader. Never show weakness.
After the shaming we were finally able to start the work out.

Mosey to the church: I set up a sort of spoke. At the center we do 15 merkins, lunge walk to a point – 10 squats, mosey back to the hub, 15 merkins, burpee long jump to a point – 10 squats, mosey back to the hub, 15 merkins, run up the road to the top of the hill – 10 squats, mosey back to the hub. Rinse and repeat until time to mosey back to the start.
