When we launched, the men of Granite would come to Lenoir to lead us while we were learning this whole F3 thing. I can remember a good Twig workout. He would always plant a dry erase board somewhere in downtown full of exercises that would be performed with a lap in between. This morning, I did the same thing.
Warm-up
- LAC
- RLAC
- ATT
- Humpies
- SSH
Mosey to a parking lot for Lt Dans
Mosey up the hill below Davenport then eventually make our way to the square
Here is where I whipped out my dry erase board. We performed these exercises one by one taking a lap around the outskirts of the square, which made us cross the road 4 times in-between each set – hence the title:
- Merkins
- Squats
- WW2
- Diamond Merkins
- Lunges
- Freddy’s
- Wide Arm Merkins
- Step-ups
- Flutters
Then we moseyed back to the AO for some block work
- Bench Press – (50 IC – Always a crowd pleaser)
- Over-head Press
WOD – How do you know if the man you are following is God’s anointed. I just finished a great book called “The Tale of Three Kings”. We must be careful as the sheep who we allow to Sheppard us and our families. Be on the lookout men. Protect your fellow sheep and your families. Ask God for wisdom and discernment over this matter.
Thanks for the routine Twig!
Twin out!
