I arrived at 5:12am and the whole PAX was confused on why I made it early, because I am never early. But I had to show up and do THAT Q THANG!
Warmup
SSH, (until all PAX arrived), Hairy Rockettes, Humpees, High knees, Butt Kickers, Pickle Pounders.
THE THANG
Moseyed to Stargate AO and did 3 sets of the same Partner exercises 3 times
first set
Partner 1 run around the block
Partner 2 AMRAP LBC’s until Partner 1 returns (flap jack)
Partner 1 run around the block
Partner 2 AMRAP Merkins’s until Partner 1 returns (flap jack)
Partner 1 run around the block
Partner 2 AMRAP Squat’s until Partner 1 returns (flap jack) Rinse and repeat 3 sets 2 more times
Then after that long exercise we did dips in cadence and then we moseyed back to the AO.
