I was volunteered to Q Infinity since RX is out living the high life in Hilton Head playing Harbor town. Nice little track if you like beautiful views and one of the best finishing holes in all of golf. Enough jealousy over RX lets get back to some real fun.
Showed up a little early and saw the Volvo and no one else. Figured Spokes and Bismark were pre running and everyone else would be showing up soon. Its a chilly 20 something morning with very little wind so its not bad. Bismark and Spokes come running up (separately but at about the same time). Now im thinking OK Twin should be here soon and maybe Swinger.. Wait a little bit and no Twin and no Swinger. Kind of expected no Swinger but Twin has been showing up. So Twin did not show up to Infinity. So its just the three of us. Did I mention Twin was not there.
Since S&B (Spokes and Bismark) had already been running we skipped the warm up and started the mosey. One last look out for Twin but he was not there.
Headed down the greenway to the library hill. Stopped and did 10 merkins and 10 weazies. Ran on the greenway to 321 and under then on to Hole Lotta Doughnuts. 10 merkins and 10 squats. Ran around the Micky D’s to make everyone feel bad for eating junk while we exercised. I like to think that someone might see us and think hey I should be doing that instead of stuffing this yummy grease sponge down my gullet. Probably not but a boy can dream. Ran back on the greenway to the bottom of library hill. We stop for some more merkins and i think squats. We are on pace for about 3.75 miles so as you know we don’t get up for easy or worms so we run the library hill. No stop at the top (nice rhyme) back down and run it on back to the AO. Finished with 4.07 miles.
We where straight up middle age guys.
