So being QIC, I set my alarm 20 mins earlier than the usual.  But as luck would have it I overslept my Q, and a group Q would have to suffice.  Then I woke up from that nightmare 10 mins earlier from my already early alarm in total relief.  I’m sure I’m not the only QIC to get so worked up over my Q that it interferes with my dreams, right? 
Any ways, I stroll up to the AO 20 mins early and contemplate life choices like, why the heck I’m here so early.  The usual suspect Bismarck is already here well ahead of me out on his Pre run.  And then in rolls the rest of our motley Crew! except Spokes who was an HC, but bc he was unusually late (possibly taking a dump) I decided we’d get a block for each of us plus one.  About that time spokes rolls in and we get started. 
I give the disclaimer (that we usually just breeze past because we’ve all done this a 1,000 times) and we got our warmup on.

20 SSH (obviously), 15 LAC forward, 15 reverse, 20 IC high knees, 20 IC butt kickers, 1 burpee and we grabbed our blocks and slowsied our way out.  
With PaX following the Q and on my order we did curls for girls (affectionately curls for snips) followed by Overhead presses and back to Curls again (I personally counted around 20 of each.  
We then arrived in the lower parking lot nesrest FUMC and Snips reminded us all of a terrible time spent with QIC here many moons ago.  Unfortunately for him it would become a new painful memory of the 2nd time we did nearly 2 miles in 1 parking lot.

PAX line up and sprint 100 yrds, do 10 merkins at the finish and walk back to the start all together. Q starts each sprint race with a verbal call. Continue until you have done 30 x100 yrd sprints and 10×30 = 300 Merks. PAX will be nursing home walking for several days.

That’s from the “exicon” Q modified so that every other sprint you could curl your block 10 count.  Also, time was not our friend and we only completed 14 sprints but still enough to cause complaint for the next 24 hours on Slack.

Following a weekend of F3 Foothills service project, I encouraged us as a region to continue to seek to do good.
