The story that was brewing when I arrived was that Friar was almost attacked by a feral and grotesque beast.
I was interested and wanted to see this beast so after the……
WARMUP
SSH, HUMPEES, WINDMILL, HAIRY ROCKETTES
We set off to go find this FOUL and STINKY beast, We took a left and went to the other parking lot, that is where the small loop is and did some core exercises. We talked about the 5 principles of F3 and they are (Peer led, always outside, no man left behind, free for all men, end with COT.) Then I asked Friar which way to go and he said to turn Right so we went to the Tabernacle Church Parking Lot and we passed the road that the beast lived on. We did do more core exercises at the Tabernacle parking lot though, I feel like Friar was scared to meet the beast face to face. We would have backed him up though. Then we went back down the same road that we ran from and went passed the greenway cut off and kept going and we made some twists and turns and did some core exercises and made multiples stops to do core exercises. We then ended up back at the AO for our COT.
