Spokes here closing out the 5 for 5 week with another Q. Probably the last Backblast that is in for Lenoir was the other side of this bookend. I sent out the pre-blast and had all intentions of some Extra Credit but the fartsack was quite comfortable so I slept through the opportunity. Arrived at 0625 (note workout time change which Goodwill pleasantly reported was at least 13 hours prior to the workout and with him being Site Q he can make these last hour changes) and responded to Goodwill’s Slack post as to where we would be as he was a bit tardy.
Warm Up (all in some number of cadence)
SSH’s, Mountain Man Poopers, Hillbillies, LBAC’s, Squats
Mosey to theater wall and socially distance ourselves for some wall exercises
Mohammad Ali’s, Wonder Bra, Bus Drivers, Heel (alternating) Touches, Itsy Bitsy Spider
Still no Goodwill present
Mosey to WLMS hill and walk to first manhole
Bear Crawl until Q noted change to lunge walk
Mosey to WLMS Parking Lot
At each parking space stripe perform one Burpee and then proceed to next stripe and add one Burpee…there were 20 stripes to conquer and we all pooped out the 18th space.
Repeat the same process on the return trip except substitute the Burpee for a Squat…we made all 20 stripes.
Still no Goodwill present
Mosey to the Stadium
At the base of the bleachers perform 10 Burpees and 1 Box Jump and mosey to top of bleachers and perform 1 Squat.
Rinse/Repeat except drop the count of Burpees by 2 until down to 2.
Mosey to the AO and call it done!

Proverbs 16:9 “The heart of man plans his way, but the Lord establishes his steps.” We can all recall the time we were provided directions and know there may be multiple ways to get to a destination. We plan the way but God has other plans…we may stop to help a brother out, we may run into a challenge that tests us, we may get there without fail or we may never get there and have to retrace our steps. Either way, we make the plan but we need to allow God to show us the steps to take.
