first stop: 30- Burpees/ Diamond Merkins
Second stop- 70 Bonnie Blairs/ monkey humpers
Third stop- 120 merkins/ Gas pumps
Mosey to the block pile- grab a partner and gather in front of Corinth to run around the front loop
First lap around- Partner carries the block around the loop, other partner squats
Second lap- Curls/ run around
third lap- OHP
partner up- back to back for an impromptu exercise of “around the world” Do not look in the lexicon, I doubt it’s there. If you missed it, ask someone who was there.
Moleskin:
- Little mumblechatter today- the weather was not the best
- Tooth Fairy and Pumpernickel were having a heart to heart in Pump’s vehicle when I arrived. Maybe discussing coffee and breakfast instead of posting?
- Nobody likes to carry blocks and run. It sucks.
- Herniator raced Pumpernickel in the lap around Corinth. Was a close match.
- Slow Monkey humpers and duck walks suck. Need to start Q’ing those more often
- Bonnie Blairs are not any easier than they were in the IronPax.
WOD- Hebrews 3:8- Do not harden your hearts as they did when they provoked me during the time of testing in the wilderness.
During times of turmoil in my life and increased workload- instead of trying to fight it or be upset I realized that I just need to buckle down and get it done. Be an example and be a desirable person, lead by example.
